Allowed AI Providers
Control which AI providers are available for workspaces in your organization. This is useful for enforcing vendor policies, data residency requirements, or cost controls.
Roundtable supports five AI providers:
| Provider | Description |
|---|---|
| Vertex AI | Google Cloud's enterprise AI platform |
| Google AI Studio | Google's developer-focused AI API |
| OpenAI | GPT models via the OpenAI API |
| Anthropic | Claude models via the Anthropic API |
| Ollama | Self-hosted open-source models |
To configure allowed providers:
- Navigate to Organization Settings → AI Providers.
- Toggle each provider on or off.
- Click Save.
:::warning Disabling Active Providers If you disable a provider that's currently used by one or more workspaces, those workspaces will not be deleted but will need to be reconfigured to use an allowed provider before they can start new conversations. :::
Seat Enforcement Policy
The seat enforcement policy determines what happens when your organization exceeds its included seat count (10 seats per workspace).
| Policy | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Soft (default) | Members can still be invited beyond the seat limit. Overages are billed at $8/seat/mo on the next invoice. |
| Hard | Invitations are blocked when the seat limit is reached. Members must be removed before new ones can be invited. |
To change the policy:
- Navigate to Organization Settings → General.
- Find Seat Enforcement Policy.
- Select Soft or Hard.
- Click Save.
