Seats
Every workspace includes 10 seats at no additional cost. A seat is consumed when a user is added as a member of a workspace.

- Seats are counted per workspace. A user who belongs to 3 workspaces uses 1 seat in each.
- Removing a member frees up that seat immediately.
- Seat charges are prorated when members are added mid-billing cycle.
Token Credit Pool
Each workspace receives a monthly token credit pool that covers AI usage across all providers.

How Tokens Work
- Tokens are consumed by AI interactions — both input (your messages, system prompt, tool results) and output (AI responses).
- Token usage is tracked per workspace and resets at the start of each billing cycle.
- You can monitor current usage from the Dashboard → Usage tab.
Overages
If your workspace exceeds its monthly token pool, additional usage is billed at:
$0.20 per 100,000 tokens
Overages are billed at the end of the billing cycle. Your workspace is never throttled or shut off for exceeding the pool — you simply pay for the extra usage.
If you consistently exceed your token pool, consider upgrading from Team to Business to double your monthly allowance from 500K to 1M tokens.
14-Day Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial:
- Full access to Team-tier features.
- No credit card required to start.
- Create workspaces, invite team members, and use all tools and providers.
- At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue. If you don't, your workspaces will be paused (not deleted) until you subscribe.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Organization Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the current cycle.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspaces are paused — they stop running but are not deleted. Your conversation history, files, and configuration are preserved. Subscribe to a plan to resume.
Can I have workspaces on different plans?
No. Your plan applies at the organization level. All workspaces within an organization are on the same plan.
Do stopped workspaces count toward billing?
Yes. Stopped workspaces are still provisioned and billed at the workspace rate. To stop billing for a workspace, delete it.
What AI providers can I use on the Team plan?
All five: Vertex AI, Google AI Studio, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Ollama. There are no provider restrictions on any plan.
Is there a per-message or per-request fee?
No. You only pay the workspace rate, seat costs, and token overages. There are no per-message, per-tool, or per-API-call fees.
How do I cancel?
Go to Organization Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your workspaces will remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle, then they'll be paused.
